Flight Log: Delivery Confirmation

• The per-aircraft Flight Log replaces the old satellite package queue. Command entries advance Pending → Sending → Delivered.
• Delivered is now a positive receipt from the aircraft; confirmed entries persist (dimmed) as a delivery record.
• The log has two controls: Clear Queue cancels pending outbound tasks; Clear Log clears completed receipts.

BLOS flight-plan retrieval

• Request Flight Plans retrieves a Mission, Geo Fence, or Rally Points plan over BLOS, buffered by Horizon UI so it completes reliably at satellite latency.
